The Dudley Chateau

THE premier sport’s pub in MA. Affectionately known as "The Chat" (pronounced "Shat"), this establishment boasts a rich and colorful history. Initially constructed in the early 1920s as a private fishing lodge, it underwent various transformations over the years.

During the era of Prohibition, it discreetly operated as a speakeasy, complete with a clandestine peephole in the door. Later, it served as a men's drinking club frequented by notable figures such as baseball legends Babe Ruth and Ted Williams. Evolving with the times, The Chat eventually transitioned into a beloved establishment offering delectable food, refreshing drinks, and a breathtaking million-dollar view.
